DRESS综合征

药物超敏综合征(Drug - induced hypersensitivity syndrome,DIHS) ,又称为伴嗜酸粒细胞增多和系统症状的药疹( drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symp toms, DRESS)或药物引起的迟发性多器官超敏综合征( drug - induced delayedmultiorgan hypersensitivity syndrome, D IDMOHS) ，是一种具有发热、皮疹及内脏受累三联征的急性严重性药物不良反应。
